A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp) from Golden Horizon, along with any required deposit or full payment. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability.

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, once a booking is confirmed and payment received, the quoted price is guaranteed.
Each tour package clearly states its inclusions on the relevant tour page. Items not explicitly listed are not included. Optional add-ons (e.g., premium catering, champagne packages, photography services) may be available at an additional cost.
We accept payments through online bank transfer, secure payment gateways, and authorized booking platforms. All payment details and instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
The confirmed price includes all stated services. There are no hidden surcharges. Any additional services requested on the day of the tour will be communicated and agreed upon before incurring any charge.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:
In such cases, guests will be offered a full reschedule to an alternative date or a 100% refund. The final decision on whether it is safe to sail rests solely with our captain and operations team.

Golden Horizon strictly adheres to responsible marine tourism practices. All guests must comply with the following rules during snorkeling and ocean activities:

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward our crew, other guests, and the local environment. We reserve the right to end a guest's participation without refund if their behavior is deemed:
Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point or check-in location on time. Our tours operate on a fixed schedule, especially shared day trips. We cannot delay departure for late arrivals. No refunds will be issued for guests who miss their tour due to tardiness.
Guest safety is our highest priority. All our vessels comply with Indonesian maritime safety regulations. Life jackets, first aid kits, and communication equipment are available on every voyage. A mandatory safety briefing is conducted before departure.
By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that ocean-based activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
You assume these risks voluntarily and agree that Golden Horizon, its employees, and crew shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
We strongly recommend that all guests carry comprehensive travel insurance that covers ocean-based activities, medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Golden Horizon is not responsible for any costs arising from accidents, illness, or loss of personal property during the tour.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Golden Horizon is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items, including electronics, jewelry, or cash.
Manta rays, sea turtles, and other marine wildlife are wild animals. While sightings are frequent at our snorkeling locations, wildlife encounters cannot be guaranteed. The presence of marine life depends on natural and seasonal factors beyond our control. No refund or discount will be issued for the absence of specific wildlife sightings.
The published itinerary serves as a guide and is subject to change without prior notice. Changes may occur due to:
Alternative routes or snorkeling spots of equal or comparable quality will be selected. No refund will be issued for itinerary modifications made for safety or operational reasons.
Golden Horizon and its crew may take photographs and videos during the tour for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials). By participating in our tour, you consent to the use of your image in promotional content unless you notify us in writing before the tour date that you do not wish to be photographed.
All content on the Golden Horizon website — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of PT Golden Horizon Bali Utama and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Our website contains links to third-party websites and services (e.g., booking platforms, restaurant partners, social media channels). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
